  • REX W. PULLIAM, JR. - President & Founder

    Rex Pulliam, Jr. has been involved with the world of construction and real estate development for 30 years. Prior to founding The TPR Development Company back in 2013, Mr. Pulliam was the co-founder of Pulliam Construction Company Inc., where he oversaw the business activities for multi-million dollar projects (www.pcci-inc.com).

    Mr. Pulliam possesses critical investment banking experience, as trained by an international investment banking boutique.

    Mr. Pulliam received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA in Finance & Econometrics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

    Accounting, human resource managment, and office leadership responsibilities have been the hallmark of her career.

    Mayra received a B.A. in Finance, from California State University at Long Beach, Long Beach, California; and an A.B. in Liberal Arts, from Cypress College, Cypress, California.
